At AquaBlu Mosaics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tile purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused, full-sheet products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address for your specific material.
Pack with Care
Securely pack your mosaic tiles in their original boxes with ample cushioning to prevent breakage during transit, as items damaged during return shipping cannot be refunded.
Ship the Product
Affix the return label and ship the package via a carrier of your choice; we recommend using a trackable service and purchasing insurance for the full value of the goods.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
